Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Plaithy platform (the “Service”) provided by Canvena Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subject Matter

We provide an AI-powered multi-agent platform that lets you orchestrate complex tasks via a conversational interface. The precise feature set depends on the subscription plan you choose. We may update or extend features over time without prior notice as long as the change does not materially reduce the agreed scope.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for safeguarding your access credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.

3. Usage Rights

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for the duration of your subscription. Output you generate using the Service belongs to you, subject to the rights of any underlying third-party model.

4. Your Obligations

  • You may not use the Service to break the law or to infringe the rights of third parties.
  • You may not attempt to bypass technical limits, reverse engineer the Service or use it to train competing products.
  • You are responsible for the content you submit and must hold all rights necessary for that submission.

5. Fees & Payment

Subscription fees and payment terms are stated in your selected plan. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by mandatory law.

6. Service Availability

We aim for a monthly availability of 99.5 % for paid plans. Free plans are provided on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the amount of fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at the end of the current billing cycle. We may terminate for cause if you breach these Terms in a material way and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of being notified.

9. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid the remaining provisions remain in full force.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Republic of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
