The rules
- Commission is based on the setup fee and the plan price, net and actually paid.
- Ad spend, the management fee and the optional Growth Hack are excluded. Ad spend and the Growth Hack go entirely into your customers’ advertising. That makes their decision easier.
- Ongoing commission and your team share apply as long as your customer uses Plaith and you have won at least one customer of your own in the last 12 months.
- Commission becomes due 30 days after the customer’s payment. It is settled via a monthly credit note by the 15th of the following month and transferred within 5 bank working days.
- Enterprise customers are agreed individually, and so is your share.

How much will I earn?
You earn on every customer: at the start, every month in the first year and then ongoing as long as your customer stays. Your share rises with your level in the career plan. You will get the exact rates in the partner call.
Does taking part cost me anything?
No. Plaith charges no joining fee, requires no purchase and charges nothing for CRM access, materials or training. Promoting Plaith is voluntary. You only pay for ads if you run them yourself.
Do I need to know about advertising or technology?
No. Plaith handles setup, advertising and support. You bring contacts and enjoy good conversations.
Which channels does Plaith advertise on for its customers?
Today on Facebook and Instagram. We started with Meta because, with images, videos, Reels and Stories, it offers a particularly wide range of formats. More platforms such as Google, TikTok and LinkedIn are planned. Until they are officially part of the offer, you recommend advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
How do I win customers, and how do you help me?
For example through conversations with business owners in your network, posts with our approved images and videos in business groups, or your own ads using approved material. As a sales partner you get a personal partner page with a booking link that you can share. Someone from the Plaith team helps you with your first customer conversations.
Will I get leads from Plaith?
We are working on it right now, with our own advertising for Plaith and an appointment-setting team. Today you still win most of your customers yourself. Enquiries through your partner page are assigned to you.
How may I approach businesses?
In person, in your network and on social media, always within the law of the recipient’s country. You label public posts as advertising and say that you receive a commission. Sales calls, marketing emails and marketing messages only with the consent that law requires. You do not use purchased contact lists. The exact rules are in the partner guidelines that come with the contract.
How are my customers assigned to me?
Through your personal partner page. Contacts that come through it are assigned to you.
Do I keep my commission if your team runs the closing call?
Yes. The customer stays assigned to you, no matter who from the Plaith team runs the closing call, and your commission arises as usual once they pay. The goal is for you to run these calls yourself over time. Until then, the Plaith team supports you.
Can I bring my own partners?
Yes, as many as you like. As a partner you get a personal link. Anyone who signs their partner contract through it is assigned to you as their sponsor. You are not paid for recruiting itself. From your team’s revenue you can earn the difference between your level and your partners’ level.
What training and materials do I get?
A short product training video to watch before your first customer conversation, more explainer videos, materials on packages and prices, and approved images and videos to share. Webinars are being set up. Everything is free of charge.
Why is there no commission on ad spend and the Growth Hack?
That money goes into your customers’ advertising: they pay ad spend directly to Meta. With the Growth Hack they pay an amount once to Canvena, and Canvena pays a tenth of it into their Meta ad account as ad budget every month for 24 months, as long as their plan remains active. If the plan ends earlier, the part of the subsidy not yet paid in lapses; only the unused part of their own amount is refunded, nothing from the tenth month on. The management fee applies to amounts used. That makes Plaith more attractive for them and easier for you to recommend.
When is commission paid?
Your commission becomes due 30 days after the customer’s payment, provided the payment is not reversed during that time. Billing is monthly: by the 15th of the following month you receive a credit note, and the transfer follows within 5 bank working days. Before the first payout we need your tax details and proof of self-employment.
Can I work from abroad?
Yes, in principle from anywhere. Our partners are based in several countries, and Plaith’s pages and purchase terms are available in German, English, Spanish, French and Arabic. You work on a self-employed basis and handle your tax and social security obligations under the law of the country where you work.
Is applying binding?
No. You are only bound once you accept the partner contract online.
What is set down in writing?
Everything binding is in the partner contract and its annexes: commission, partner guidelines and self-billing. You accept it online on plaith.ai and immediately receive the complete contract as a PDF. The English version is binding. Changes are only valid in writing; email is sufficient.
